Temika Slee

Temika Slee is an Associate Director with extensive experience in family law, practising exclusively in this area since 2012. Holding a double degree in law and journalism, Temika brings both legal expertise and strong communication skills to her practice. She is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and holds qualifications as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Parenting Coordinator. Temika’s approach is grounded in building strong, personal connections with her clients. She is committed to understanding their individual stories and circumstances, working collaboratively to find resolutions that address their needs. Known for her organised and responsive manner, Temika adopts a conciliatory style to help clients navigate complex and sensitive family matters. One of Temika’s most rewarding experiences involved assisting grandparents to obtain legal orders regarding the care of their grandchildren after the passing of their daughter, demonstrating her dedication to achieving meaningful outcomes for families. Her professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Journalism, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and recognition as a Collaborative Lawyer and Independent Children’s Lawyer. Temika is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, and she actively participates in the Queensland Law Society and the Family Law Practitioners Association.
