Lauren Holm

Lauren Holm is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in family law, having practised predominantly in this area since her admission in 2013. She holds a double degree in law and justice and is currently completing her Masters of Law. Lauren’s legal career includes valuable international experience in London, where she worked with leading firms handling child protection, insurance, commercial litigation, and high-value taxation litigation, representing clients such as HM Revenue & Customs. Lauren is committed to supporting clients through often complex and emotional family law matters. She places a strong emphasis on practical, pragmatic advice, aiming to resolve issues efficiently and, where possible, without resorting to court proceedings. As a nationally accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, she has a particular interest in helping clients reach agreements through collaborative processes rather than litigation. Understanding the significant emotional impact of family law and domestic violence cases, Lauren combines her varied background and legal expertise with empathy to guide clients effectively. She is passionate about providing clear, solution-focused advice that seeks the best overall outcome for her clients. Lauren’s professional qualifications and memberships include a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Justice, and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and serves as an Independent Children’s Lawyer. Additionally, Lauren is a member of the Queensland Law Society, the Family Law Practitioners Association, and the Family Law Pathways Network. She is admitted as a solicitor of both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
