Lamia holds a Masters of Applied Law with a focus on commercial litigation. She practises across a broad range of litigation disputes, including building and construction, real property, corporation litigation and family law. With many years of experience in family law, Lamia is well-versed in all aspects of parenting matters. Her strong commercial law and litigation background further enhances her ability to navigate the property issues that often arise in divorce proceedings. She has significant expertise in property law, including land acquisition, subdivision, property development, as well as complex leasing and acquisition transactions. Her experience extends to complex insolvencies, restructuring, debt recovery and she has also been seconded to Australia’s corporate regulator, enhancing her understanding of corporate compliance and regulatory frameworks.
