Rodney Sahay

Rodney Sahay is a Partner at Stephens & Tozer, bringing over 30 years of diverse legal experience to the firm. Coming from a family of lawyers, Rodney's passion for the law was evident early on, leading him to complete degrees in Arts and Law. He joined Stephens & Tozer in 1988 and quickly became a valued member of the team, becoming a Partner in 1997. Rodney has a broad legal practice, with expertise in commercial litigation, employment law, criminal matters, insolvency, estates litigation, commercial transactions, and personal injury. His extensive knowledge across these areas allows him to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation tailored to each client’s needs. In addition to his legal practice, Rodney is a Registered Migration Agent. He has represented thousands of migration applicants, earning a strong reputation for navigating complex cases before the Migration Tribunal and Federal Courts. Rodney’s thorough understanding of migration law and departmental requirements has helped many clients secure positive outcomes, even in challenging circumstances. Known for his approachable and personable manner, Rodney builds strong relationships with clients, offering clear communication and dedicated support. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time on the fairways most weekends.
