Claire Fowler

Claire is an accomplished Associate and currently serves as the Practice Leader of the motor vehicle accident department at Stephen Browne Lawyers. With a robust foundation in personal injury litigation, Claire extends her legal acumen across a diverse range of cases, offering clients comprehensive and insightful representation. Having completed her Bachelor of Laws at Edith Cowan University, Claire further advanced her legal qualifications with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She embarked on her legal career with her admission to practice as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019. Claire is committed to her professional development and is pursuing a Master of Laws with the College of Law, focusing on mediation and dispute resolution. Her dedication to her field is recognised through her accolade as a Rising Star in Injury & Compensation Law - Western Australia 2024, by Doyles Guide. Outside of her professional commitments, Claire leads an active lifestyle. She participates in competitive trail running, cycling, ocean swimming, and hiking, while also cherishing time with her family and friends. Her commitment to the legal community is evident through her volunteer roles as the State Branch Secretary for the Australian Lawyers Alliance and as a Committee Member of the Women Lawyers of Western Australia.
