His expertise extends across various complex matters, having represented major clients such as a government-owned corporation in the Queensland Floods Commission of Inquiry and handling Work Health & Safety prosecutions. Glen possesses significant experience in the construction industry, advising developers, principal contractors, and subcontractors from initial project planning through to regulatory investigations and prosecutions. In addition to his construction law prowess, Glen has a robust background in commercial, bankruptcy, insolvency, intellectual property, corporations law, and property law. He has also handled insurance litigation and professional negligence claims, providing a comprehensive defence and prosecution of claims for various professionals, including lawyers, accountants, and healthcare providers. Glen's dedication to translating complex legal matters into comprehensible outcomes is a cornerstone of his practice, ensuring clients achieve the best possible results. Before his current role, Glen held pivotal positions such as Director at SPM Law - Sykes Pearson Miller and the Goondicum Research Foundation Limited, and served as an Associate at Garland Waddington Solicitors. He was also a Senior Litigation Counsel with SunWater, contributing to his depth of experience in legal practice. Glen earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from James Cook University, underpinning his extensive career in law with a strong educational foundation.
