Hannah Smith

Hannah Smith is a senior lawyer at Spectrum Lawyers & Consultants, known for her extensive legal expertise and client-focused approach. She completed her Bachelor of Law (Honours) at Deakin University in 2013 and was admitted to practice the following year. Before joining her current firm in November 2021, Hannah garnered significant experience across various practice areas, including Property and Building Law, Commercial Law, Wills and Probate, Conveyancing, and Family Law during her seven years of prior legal practice. Beyond her legal work, Hannah is actively involved in academia, having served as a sessional academic at Australian National University and Deakin University. She currently teaches at RMIT University in Commercial and Family Law. Known for her compassionate and personalised client service, Hannah is dedicated to facilitating amicable and favourable dispute resolutions. Outside her legal career, she enjoys spending time with her family and is working on writing a book, with hopes of resuming her travels soon. She is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
