Daniela Kovacevic is a Principal with a well-rounded expertise in both corporate and family law. Her extensive background includes advising on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, and providing strategic insight for clients within the technology sector. Daniela's legal journey began at a leading international firm, where she focused on intellectual property and commercial litigation. She holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and is a member of the Bar Association. Since 2004, Daniela has exclusively practised family law, offering her skills to clients dealing with divorce, complex property and financial matters, and parenting arrangements. Her practice extends to spousal maintenance, child support, superannuation, financial agreements, and family violence intervention orders. Daniela emphasises negotiation over litigation whenever feasible but is adept at managing family law litigation with a strategic approach when necessary. Her career includes leadership roles as the Director and Principal Lawyer at Southern Family Law, as well as senior positions at Richmond and Bennison, Pearsons Lawyers Pty Ltd, and Reale Lawyers.
