Tim Neville

Tim Neville is a Director at South Geldard, bringing a diverse background that combines legal expertise with significant commercial experience. Raised in South East Queensland, Tim completed his secondary education at The Southport School in 2009. He earned a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, from Bond University, supported by the prestigious Vice-Chancellor full scholarship. Following his university studies, Tim relocated to Sydney to complete his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law. Initially gaining experience in family law, he soon pursued his entrepreneurial interests, owning and operating two cafes and a coffee roastery in Sydney’s lower North Shore for six years. This business experience has enriched Tim’s practical understanding of commercial operations and customer service, enhancing his approach to legal practice. Tim joined South Geldard in July 2020 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a lawyer in 2021. His practice focuses on property law, business matters, wills and estates, employment law, and building and construction. Outside the office, Tim is passionate about property investment and renovation, as well as travel, reflecting his dynamic and diverse interests both professionally and personally.
