Daniel Sutherland is a Special Counsel with over 20 years of experience in plaintiff compensation law. He has represented numerous clients in a wide range of matters, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace incidents, public liability claims, as well as complex cases involving medical negligence and abuse. Daniel has held significant leadership positions, notably as a Principal Lawyer at WorkCover Queensland and as State Manager of a national compensation law firm, where he developed extensive expertise in managing complex claims and securing favourable outcomes.
