Tim is the founding Partner of our Firm, bringing an extensive legal background with over 45 years of experience, particularly in the realms of Business Law and General Law. His diverse expertise is punctuated by a robust understanding of tax implications relating to business operations. Within our Firm, Tim’s profound knowledge is instrumental in advising clients on optimising their business structures for tax efficiency while ensuring robust asset protection and succession planning. Tim's legal acumen is complemented by his litigation background, which stands as a formidable asset in representing clients entangled in commercial disputes. Beyond his legal career, Tim is deeply family-oriented, enjoying life with his wife, their four sons, and eight grandchildren.
