Riccarda Stock

Riccarda Stock is a Director at Solari and Stock and leads the Family Law team, bringing over four decades of legal experience since graduating from the University of Sydney in 1981. Her extensive background encompasses a broad range of legal areas, although she now focuses exclusively on Family Law with a particular dedication to Dispute Resolution. Riccarda has a comprehensive approach to family law matters, including divorce, marital property disputes, parenting cases, parenting plans, de facto property issues, child support, spousal maintenance, and Family Law financial agreements. She prioritises early resolution through sensible negotiation, round table conferencing, and the use of Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice, aiming to avoid court proceedings whenever possible. When litigation is necessary, Riccarda is a skilled and tenacious advocate, having appeared regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Local Courts, the Sydney District Court, and the NSW Supreme Court. She is a member of the NSW Law Society and is registered to practice in the High Court of Australia. Additionally, Riccarda serves as the Treasurer of Southern Sydney Collaborative Professionals Inc. Riccarda’s motivation to practise law is deeply connected to her commitment to supporting clients through the complexities and emotional challenges of family breakdown. She values a holistic and empathetic approach, finding great satisfaction in helping clients navigate their journey towards a positive and fulfilling future. Outside of her professional life, Riccarda enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, travelling, hiking, and snow skiing.
