Michael Solari

Michael Solari is a Director with extensive experience in commercial law. Admitted as a solicitor in 1980, Michael has practised continuously in private practice for over four decades. He has also contributed to the profession as a committee member and office bearer of the St George-Sutherland Law Society. Michael’s career has involved handling significant litigation matters across a broad spectrum of courts, including appearances in the High Court of Australia, as well as numerous cases in the Supreme Court, District Court, Family Court, and other jurisdictions throughout New South Wales. He has acted for a diverse client base, including Australian subsidiaries of leading multinational companies, nationwide public companies, a Local Government Council, franchisors, commercial and retail landlords, and small business operators and individuals. Michael’s work often involves complex estate planning and personal affairs structuring, reflecting his commitment to assisting clients in achieving their broader financial and family goals. With expertise covering business and commercial law, commercial and industrial leasing, residential, industrial and commercial property matters, business structures such as trusts and companies, franchising for both franchisors and franchisees, commercial litigation, as well as wills, estate planning and deceased estates, Michael offers a comprehensive legal service. He also enjoys mentoring colleagues within the firm by sharing his broad knowledge and experience. Michael’s interest in law originated from his upbringing, with his father being a respected local lawyer. Outside of work, Michael is an avid golfer and has combined his love of the sport with travel to prestigious golf destinations worldwide.
