Gerald Santucci

Gerald Santucci is the head of the Business Law team at Snedden Hall & Gallop, bringing over 40 years of expertise in commercial law, property, and dispute resolution. Known for his skill in addressing complex commercial issues, he advises on a wide array of topics, including business acquisitions, transactions, corporate structures, property, tax, and insolvency. His work benefits sectors such as building, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, technology, and education. Gerald also leads the firm’s migration practice, assisting with securing various types of visas, and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia. Before joining the firm in 1990, he was a partner at another Canberra law firm and served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Australian Army. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Gerald holds significant positions within the legal community. He is the Chair of the ACT Law Society’s Legal Profession and Ethics Committee and a member of Calvary Hospital’s Human Research Ethics Committee. His past roles include serving as a councillor of the ACT Law Society, a board member of an aged care facility, and chairman of a college advisory board. Gerald's academic background comprises a Bachelor of Arts, a diploma from the University of Lyon II, and a Bachelor of Laws. Fluent in French and Spanish, he offers legal services in Business Law, Commercial Disputes, Elder Law, Migration, Property, and Wills & Estates.
