Craig has more than 22 years’ experience in family law and de facto relationship matters. His practice focuses on relationship property, parenting, and maintenance issues, providing clients with clear, strategic advice to help resolve disputes through negotiation or litigation when necessary. Recognised for his expertise in family law, Craig received the Highest Achiever award from the Queensland Law Society’s accreditation program, highlighting his deep knowledge in this area. Craig is a trusted resource for both clients and fellow family lawyers. He co-authored a national reference work, ‘The Family Law Book,’ which offers practical guidance, precedents, and current legal analysis to family law practitioners across Australia. Since its first publication in 2009, the book has been widely used in the legal community for over a decade. His research and case insights are regularly published in law society magazines across multiple states, including Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, and Tasmania. Craig is also active in professional development, having presented as chair and expert speaker at conferences organised by the Queensland Law Society and the Family Law Practitioner’s Association. He has been recognised in the Recommended Family Lawyers category by Doyle’s Guide for the Gold Coast region over several years, including 2017 to 2019 and 2021 to 2023.
