Jaclyn Davis

Jaclyn Davis is a dedicated lawyer and Notary Public practising at Shipton & Associates. She graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2010 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in April 2011. Jaclyn also holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and a Master of Ethics, which contribute to her thoughtful approach to client matters. Since beginning her legal career in the Northern Beaches area, Jaclyn has developed extensive experience in Wills and Estates, including drafting and administering complex Testamentary Trust Wills. She is committed to providing tailored estate planning advice that recognises the unique circumstances of each client. Jaclyn’s approach is holistic, often collaborating with accountants and financial planners to ensure comprehensive solutions that address her clients’ needs effectively. Outside the legal sphere, Jaclyn volunteers teaching ethics at a local primary school and manages Briar Ridge Vineyard in the Hunter Valley, reflecting her long-standing connection to the wine industry. In her personal time, she enjoys life with her two children, Ruby and Tom, her dog Saffy, and her rescue cats Colin and Trevor.
