Emma Howard

Emma Howard is a dedicated solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory since 15 August 2008. She launched her legal career in Canberra, focusing on family law, where she developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in family-related legal issues. In 2010, Emma took a step back from her legal pursuits to explore diverse cultures across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, a journey that enriched her worldview and understanding of global social dynamics. During her time abroad, she also acquired a Master's Degree in Social Change and Development, further broadening her insight into societal issues. Upon returning to the beautiful Macleay Valley, Emma joined Sheridan Legal in March 2015. Since then, she has broadened her legal repertoire, gaining substantial experience in conveyancing, wills and estates, and local court work. Emma is enthusiastic about practising law in Kempsey and South West Rocks, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping her community.
