Mitchell Zadow

Mitchell Zadow is the Managing Principal of the firm and leads the Commercial Law Group. With extensive experience supporting business owners across a broad range of industries and organisational sizes—from small enterprises to nationwide operations—Mitchell provides practical legal guidance on business structuring, commercial disputes and general legal matters. His expertise covers a wide spectrum of commercial issues, including business structuring and asset protection strategies, purchasing and selling businesses and companies, intellectual property registrations and licensing, and drafting employment agreements. Mitchell also advises on shareholder and partnership agreements, trading terms and conditions for services and online sales, manufacturing and distribution agreements, as well as business succession and estate planning. Additionally, he offers counsel on corporate and personal insolvency matters. Mitchell has shared his knowledge through professional development sessions delivered to other lawyers at the Law Institute of Victoria’s Academy Series Workshops. Outside his legal practice, he contributes to the community as a Board Member of Beaconhills College and as President of the Glen Waverley Traders Association. His work spans various industries such as manufacturing and engineering, retail, hospitality, professional services, and the not-for-profit sector, including charities and associations.
