Annie Xu is a dedicated lawyer who has been an integral part of our commercial and property team since July 2021. Armed with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the prestigious University of Queensland, she brings a wealth of experience and acumen to her role. Annie has developed a comprehensive skill set in the commercial sector, proficiently handling a variety of matters such as business and company acquisitions and disposals, business and asset structuring, and the preparation of shareholder and unitholder agreements.
