Jessica Morris

Jessica is a Solicitor at Sexton Family Law, admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in November 2018. She joined Sexton Family Law in 2020, bringing with her valuable experience gained from over two years working as a Legal Associate to a Justice of the Family Court of Australia. This role provided Jessica with comprehensive exposure to both appellate and first instance proceedings, as well as a thorough understanding of court processes. Jessica assists clients with a range of family law matters, including property settlements through mediations, negotiated agreements, and litigation for both married and de facto partners. She also provides guidance on parenting issues concerning the care and welfare of children, spousal maintenance and child support matters, and divorce applications. In addition to her work at Sexton Family Law, Jessica regularly volunteers at Marrickville Legal Centre, offering family law advice to the community.
