William Schoenmaker is the principal and sole practitioner of Schoenmaker Legal, bringing over 25 years of legal experience to his practice. Over the past 13 years, he has dedicated his career predominantly to family law, driven by a passion for assisting clients on a personal level. William’s commitment is to resolving issues for his clients without resorting to expensive and often adversarial court proceedings, which he believes fosters a healthier co-parenting environment for families with young children. In addition to his family law practice, William provides guidance in preparing wills and enduring powers of attorney. He underscores the importance of these legal documents, advocating for their careful review, particularly during significant life changes like separation and divorce. Opting for a small practice allows William to deliver legal services in a personable and cost-effective manner.
