About Gurpal
Gurpal Singh is a highly experienced Principal Lawyer with over 25 years in the legal field across India and Australia. A graduate of Punjab University, Chandigarh, he began his legal career at the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the Supreme Court of India. After relocating to Australia in 2006, he gained residency as a Solicitor and Barrister. Gurpal has taught Commercial and Corporate Law at La Trobe University and developed a Master's course on Foreign Direct Investments. His academic achievements include two Master's Degrees in Laws from La Trobe University and further studies in Legal Practice, Conflict of Laws, and Chinese Business Law. In 2008, Gurpal co-founded a legal practice in Coburg, later expanding to the Melbourne CBD and Blackburn. As Principal Lawyer, he oversees a broad range of legal matters, including Business, Property, Family, and Corporate Law, as well as Migration and White-Collar Crime. His diverse clientele reflects the multicultural landscape of Victoria and Australia. With proficiency in commercial, criminal, and family law, Gurpal's practice is extensive and impactful. Outside of the legal arena, he is a devoted family man and a practitioner of Sikhism, embodying the values of discipline, honesty, and equality in his professional and personal life.
