Joanne Nehme

Joanne Nehme joined Sanford Legal in 2010 and completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2011. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012 and gained admission to practice in the High Court of Australia in 2014. Joanne focuses on personal injury law, representing clients who have suffered injuries in a range of circumstances, including motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation claims, work injury damages, and slip and fall incidents. She has extensive experience in dealing with insurers and representing clients before various New South Wales courts and tribunals, such as the Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court, Workers Compensation Commission, and the Motor Accidents Authority. In addition to her advocacy, Joanne is involved in claims management and client support throughout the claims process, providing clear guidance and assistance to injured individuals. She is fluent in Arabic, which enables her to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Her practice areas include compensation claims, motor vehicle compensation, workplace compensation, public liability, superannuation claims, and medical negligence.
