Vincent Berry is a director at Sajen, bringing extensive experience in insolvency and bankruptcy, restructuring, asset protection, building and construction, as well as a broad range of commercial disputes. He frequently provides advice to insolvency practitioners acting as liquidators, receivers, voluntary administrators or trustees in bankruptcy. Notably, Vincent has recently been involved in the liquidation of a company with an annual turnover exceeding $50 million prior to being wound up. Vincent is recognised for his ability to develop innovative solutions that protect his clients’ interests. He has achieved significant success in defending claims initiated by liquidators, the Australian Taxation Office, banks and other creditors.
