Paul is our esteemed Principal and brings a wealth of experience to the practice, having been actively involved in family law since 1993. Throughout his distinguished career, Paul has shown an exceptional ability to navigate all facets of family law with precision and dedication. His considerable expertise lies in fostering amicable resolutions through mediation and negotiation, prioritising efficiency and cost-effectiveness for his clients. Nevertheless, when circumstances demand, Paul is unwavering in his commitment to pursuing litigation to secure the best possible outcomes. Paul's academic credentials include degrees in Law and Arts from Monash University. He is an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia. Further affirming his proficiency, Paul is recognised as an accredited Family Law Specialist and is also a qualified family law arbitrator, enabling him to offer comprehensive support in complex cases. In addition to his legal acumen, Paul is fluent in French, which positions him uniquely for handling international cases.
