Radek Zacharek

Radek Zacharek brings extensive experience in personal injury law, having practised in this area since 2010. His legal journey began as a law clerk while completing his Bachelor of Laws at Edith Cowan University, and he was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2012. In 2021, Radek further enhanced his skills by completing a Diploma of Legal Practice Management with the College of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and serves as a Civil Law Panel member of Legal Aid WA. Throughout his career, Radek has managed hundreds of personal injury cases, ranging from straightforward matters to complex claims requiring meticulous attention to detail. He has handled a broad range of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, public liability claims, medical negligence, and criminal injuries compensation. His experience includes representing clients as Counsel in numerous arbitrations at WorkCover WA. Radek has worked with both national and boutique law firms, representing plaintiffs and defendants alike. He regularly appears at conferences and hearings at WorkCover WA, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the State Administrative Tribunal, as well as the District Court and Supreme Court of Western Australia. This breadth of experience has equipped him with a thorough understanding of managing diverse personal injury claims effectively. Outside of his legal career, Radek enjoys spending time with his wife Monika and their daughters, Hannah and Amelia, along with their beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Luna. He has a passion for tennis, motorbike and pushbike riding, reading, music, dining, and wine tasting. An avid fan of motorcycle speedway, Radek is also fluent in Polish. Radek is committed to his legal career because it combines his strong attention to detail and pursuit of excellence with his dedication to supporting and making a positive impact in the lives of injured and often vulnerable individuals.
