Daniel Messina

Daniel Messina is a Director at Rowe Bristol Lawyers, bringing a comprehensive background in commercial law and litigation. He graduated from Notre Dame University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, and was admitted to practice in 2011. Daniel began his legal career working with a firm handling various negligence claims before joining Rowe Bristol Lawyers in 2012. Since then, he has developed experience across a broad range of commercial legal matters, including debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy, employment disputes, property law and leasing issues, strata matters, defamation, and the purchase and sale of businesses. He has appeared in a variety of courts, including the Supreme, District, and Magistrates Courts of Western Australia, as well as the Federal and Federal Circuit Courts. Daniel’s diverse litigation experience equips him to effectively manage complex legal issues across multiple jurisdictions. In 2019, he was appointed Director at Rowe Bristol Lawyers, reflecting his commitment and contribution to the firm.
