Damien Bristol

Damien Bristol is a founding director of Rowe Bristol Lawyers, bringing extensive experience in commercial law. His practice encompasses contractual and shareholder disputes, debt recovery, insolvency matters, lending and securities, lease enforcement, strata title issues, and Inheritance Act claims. Before establishing Rowe Bristol Lawyers, Damien spent approximately seven years in the litigation division of a boutique Western Australian law firm. During this period, he was involved in numerous complex disputes and transactions, culminating in his promotion to senior associate in 2007. Prior to his legal career, Damien managed a substantial farming operation in rural New South Wales for about four years, an experience that has contributed to his practical understanding of business and commercial operations.
