Malcolm Morris is a seasoned legal expert with a robust academic foundation, having earned his Bachelor of Economics and Honours Degree of Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. He was admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1994 after joining Alan Rotman & Associates in 1993. By 1996, he reached partnership and co-founded Rotman & Morris. Malcolm's expertise spans Property Law, Wills and Probate, Litigation, and Debt Recovery. In his role, Malcolm actively oversees general practice, ensuring exceptional client service while also expanding the firm's capabilities by recruiting skilled solicitors in diverse legal areas. In 2014, recognising a demand for approachable legal services, Malcolm inaugurated the Dromana office on the Mornington Peninsula, enhancing accessibility for clients. He is committed to community and client engagement, frequently visiting the Dromana and Caulfield North offices. Rotman & Morris stands out for its efficient Business Commercial Property Leases services, preparing documents swiftly and at a fixed fee. Beyond his professional life, Malcolm enjoys outdoor activities, values family time with his six children, and actively participates in the Brighton Hebrew Congregation, showcasing his dedication to both personal and community life.
