Tiana Simicic

Tiana Simicic is an experienced family lawyer with a commitment to guiding clients through complex family and de facto relationship matters. Since beginning her legal career in 2001, Tiana has developed expertise in property and parenting disputes, spousal maintenance, and Child Support Agreements. She also acts as an Independent Children’s Lawyer, representing children in sensitive parenting cases involving serious allegations of family violence, risk, and abuse, supported by her completion of the national training program in 2010. Tiana completed a double degree in Law and Creative Arts at the University of Wollongong in 2003, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2004, the year she was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. Beyond family law, Tiana has substantial experience in probate, contested estates, and criminal law. At just 24 years old, Tiana became one of the youngest female solicitors to attain partnership within an Illawarra law firm. She is a founding partner of Rossi Simicic Lawyers, noted for being the Illawarra’s only all-female partnered practice. Known for her strategic approach, Tiana is dedicated to delivering clear, practical legal advice aimed at achieving commercially sound outcomes through negotiation or litigation.
