Luciana Rossi

Luciana Rossi began her legal career in 1982 within the NSW Attorney General’s Department, gaining valuable experience working in both Sydney and Wollongong Local Courts. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1994 and obtained Family Law Accreditation in 2001. In addition to her legal practice, Luciana is a qualified mediator and arbitrator, enhancing her ability to resolve disputes effectively. As a member of the NSW Law Society, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators, Luciana maintains strong professional affiliations. She also serves as an Independent Children’s Lawyer, representing children in sensitive matters involving serious allegations of family violence, risk, and abuse. Luciana has a keen interest in complex family law matters, including challenging Binding Financial Agreements—commonly referred to as pre-nuptial agreements—as well as property cases involving intricate trusts and corporate structures, and jurisdictional issues. She regularly acts for high net worth clients referred by industry professionals, former clients, and even individuals she has previously represented in opposing matters. Known for her forthright and candid advice, Luciana has built a practice focused on providing clear and practical guidance tailored to her clients’ needs. Her professional network includes close working relationships with leading family law solicitors, barristers, and forensic accountants throughout Australia, enabling her to deliver comprehensive advice and support.
