Brendan O'Halloran

Brendan O’Halloran serves as the Principal Legal Practitioner at Roger O’Halloran & Company. He graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws. Furthering his legal knowledge, Brendan completed a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Family Law and obtained a Certificate in Mediation. Since commencing his legal career in 1980, he has amassed extensive experience across a broad range of legal areas, including civil litigation, commercial law, conveyancing and real property, family law, family violence and statutory offences, as well as wills and estates. Brendan’s comprehensive background enables him to provide clients with well-informed advice and effective legal representation tailored to their individual needs.
