Belinda Richter

Belinda Richter holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a Bachelor of Laws. She completed her articles at Holding Redlich and was admitted to practice in 2005. After gaining valuable experience at Holding Redlich until 2007, Belinda transitioned to Robert Richter & Associates Pty Ltd following the birth of her first child. Since joining the firm, she has focused primarily on commercial law, handling a broad range of commercial matters. Her work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements and commercial leases. Additionally, Belinda has experience with property transfers into superannuation funds and matters related to estate planning.
