Frank Lamari

Frank Lamari has practised law since 2004, joining RNG Lawyers in 2006. He became a partner in 2016 and now leads the firm’s Family Law team. Frank’s experience covers all family law matters including separation, divorce, property settlements, and arrangements involving children, child support, and maintenance for married and de facto couples, including those in same-sex relationships. Frank is dedicated to resolving family law issues through negotiation and agreement, minimising the need for costly court proceedings. However, when litigation is necessary, he provides strong representation to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. He handles each case with sensitivity and a focus on fair, cost-effective solutions. A committed member of the Carlton community, Frank serves on the board of Drummond Street Services. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law, bringing both legal expertise and practical understanding to his practice.
