Terrence Riley

Terrence William Riley is the principal of Riley Legal, bringing over 35 years of legal experience to his practice. His expertise encompasses Property Development, Commercial Law and Estate Planning, allowing him to provide comprehensive advice tailored to clients’ diverse needs. Beyond his legal career, Mr Riley has held the role of managing director for several private companies engaged in property development and investment. Over two decades, he has been directly involved in the successful delivery of numerous medium density residential projects across the Sydney Metropolitan Area. This unique combination of hands-on industry experience and legal acumen enables Mr Riley to offer clients well-rounded guidance throughout the entire development process, from acquisition and planning approvals to the final project delivery. Mr Riley holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and is an active member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Environmental & Planning Law Association. He has also contributed as a member of the Legal Committee of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, reflecting his ongoing commitment to the property development sector.
