Ann Huang

Ann Huang is a lawyer with experience in estate planning, commercial and residential property, business and investment structures, and securities. She provides legal services to a diverse range of clients, including property developers and investors, shopping centre owners, commercial property syndicates, private equity financiers, and small to medium-sized enterprises. Ann began her legal career as a paralegal at Riley Legal in July 2013 and was admitted as a solicitor in February 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney, and she completed a Graduate Diploma in Estate Planning at the College of Law. Ann is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. Fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin, Ann is well-equipped to assist clients from a variety of backgrounds.
