Throughout his professional journey, Pat has amassed substantial expertise in corporate, property, commercial, taxation, and transactional sectors. His tenure in private practice, complemented by strategic senior executive roles, has enriched his understanding of legal intricacies from various perspectives. Pat's leadership roles have seen him serve as a Principal in private practice and as a senior executive, where he adeptly managed legal, finance, risk, and company secretariat functions for substantial private and public companies in Queensland. Notably, he played a pivotal role with National Storage Property REIT, one of Australia’s largest ASX-listed property real estate investment trusts, further solidifying his proficiency in handling complex corporate matters.
