Admitted as a solicitor in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia since 2001, Karl has dedicated his entire career to commercial litigation, insolvency, and debt recovery. His extensive experience spans acting for a diverse range of clients, including publicly listed companies, banks, financiers, insurers, and private clients. Karl has managed a wide array of commercial disputes, money claims, and insolvency litigation, pursuing claims with a quantum of up to $50 million and beyond. In his role as leader of the executive team at Results Legal, Karl oversees the strategic direction of the firm. He is integral to client service, talent development, process improvement, and aligning the firm’s values with its day-to-day operations.
