Selina Clark

Selina was admitted to practice law in February 2009 and rejoined Rennick & Gaynor as a partner in May 2019, following 18 months of practice in the Geelong region. She has considerable experience in commercial and property law, with particular emphasis on advising and representing clients in compensation claims under the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 and the Planning and Environment Act 1987. Selina’s career reflects a broad and adaptable skill set, highlighted by her involvement in notable cases such as Rigby v Secretary to the Department of Sustainability and Environment [2012] VSC 427, Rigby v Tiernan [2016] VSC 352, and Morphy v Beaufort Townsville Pty Ltd & Jaguar Land Rover Australia Pty Ltd (Civil Claims) [2018] VCAT 1520.
