Farhan Rehman

Farhan Rehman is an accomplished Australian lawyer and business leader with extensive experience in immigration law and corporate operations. As the founding Principal of the Rehman Sheriff Group (RSG), Farhan leads one of Australia’s prominent immigration law firms, which focuses on corporate immigration and assisting businesses to recruit the right talent for the Australian market. Under his leadership, RSG has pioneered a client-centred approach to sourcing and securing skilled professionals. In addition to his legal career, Farhan serves as a Director at ARR/Rehman Holdings, overseeing investments across hospitality, technology, and aviation sectors. The group includes well-known brands such as Habibi Chicken, Prolific, and Riv Air. Beyond business pursuits, he is actively involved in community development as the Director of Operations at the Salaam Institute and an executive director at Komigen Inc, an organisation dedicated to supporting youth in the Regional New South Wales Riverina area. Farhan holds a combined Bachelor of Law and Arts from Victoria University, where he was recognised as an alumnus who is considered a “law unto himself.” Committed to fostering the next generation of legal professionals, he provides internship and clerkship opportunities for Victoria University students at RSG.
