Nicole Collins

Nicole Collins is a Partner at Rees R & Sydney Jones, where she leads the firm’s Commercial division. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2002 and gained extensive experience in the commercial sector before taking a career break to focus on her family. Nicole joined Rees R & Sydney Jones in 2017 and was appointed Partner in 2020. With strong ties to the local community, Nicole is committed to supporting the legal needs of local businesses and families. She understands that commercial transactions often involve parties working towards a shared goal, and she strives to make these processes straightforward and as stress-free as possible. Nicole’s practice covers a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial conveyancing, business conveyancing, leasing, franchising, subdivisions and land development, as well as the establishment and management of partnerships, trusts and structures. Outside work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and is frequently involved in supporting her children’s sporting activities across Central Queensland.
