Emily Priddle

Emily Priddle is an Associate at Redlich's Work Injury Lawyers, where she focusses on WorkCover, TAC, and Public Liability claims. Operating from the Epping and Melton offices, Emily is dedicated to delivering expert legal advice with empathy and dedication. Her commitment is to securing the best possible outcomes for her clients, motivated by a desire to advocate for those less privileged and ensure equal access to justice. Emily's passion for personal injury law is rooted in her commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of the legal system. Her extensive experience includes securing a substantial settlement for a teacher initially denied a serious injury claim, and obtaining ongoing payments for a client suffering psychological injuries from workplace harassment. Emily has also successfully settled cases without court intervention for clients injured due to employer negligence, and has achieved significant outcomes for workers whose payments were unfairly terminated. Prior to her current role, Emily gained valuable experience as a lawyer and law graduate. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology from La Trobe University, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. Outside of her professional life, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through sport, and maintaining her fitness.
