Sue Westall

Sue Westall is the Director of RedHill Legal, bringing over 25 years of experience in Family Law. She focuses on children’s matters, property settlements, child support, and mediations, providing clients with practical, compassionate advice tailored to resolving parenting and family law issues. Sue regularly represents clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Courts, handling complex family law cases with a strong record of favourable outcomes. Her longstanding role as an accredited Duty Lawyer in the Brisbane and Toowoomba Magistrates Courts reflects her commitment to accessible legal support. She actively contributes to the community as a long-term committee member of the Toowoomba Children’s Contact Centre and participates in the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland. Sue has additional qualifications in Collaborative Law, holds a Diploma of Mediation, and is registered as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Outside of work, Sue enjoys spending time with her teenage daughters and two dogs and has a keen interest in cricket.
