Larry Bishay is the principal lawyer at Reclaim Legal, where he spearheads efforts to deliver justice for underrepresented clients. His approach is shaped by a personal history grounded in the migrant experience, providing him with a unique understanding of the challenges faced by those who often feel marginalised in the legal landscape. Larry's passion for advocating on behalf of the voiceless is deeply personal, inspired by his father's journey from Egypt to Australia, overcoming systemic obstacles despite holding an engineering degree. This personal mission fuels Larry’s dedication to ensuring each client feels heard and empowered. His expertise lies in personal injury law, workers’ compensation, and public liability claims, and he is recognised for achieving remarkable outcomes for his clients. Larry's compassionate approach, combined with his legal acumen, positions him as a trusted advocate in the pursuit of justice. Prior to founding Reclaim Legal, Larry served as an associate at Littles Lawyers and as a lawyer in the WorkCover practice group at Zaparas Lawyers' Werribee office. His career commenced with an important foundation as a legal assistant, providing vital support across various practice groups. Larry holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Deakin University.
