Rhys Evans is the Principal Director of Real Time Law Pty Ltd, bringing over 25 years of comprehensive legal experience across general business, corporate, commercial, and personal services law. Throughout his career, Rhys has worked in a variety of environments including large, mid-sized and boutique law firms, as well as in-house roles with national companies. This broad exposure allows him to provide tailored legal advice to clients from diverse industries. Rhys approaches each matter with a commitment that no issue is too big or too small. He focuses on delivering practical solutions that best serve his clients’ objectives. Understanding the complexity that many legal matters entail, he often adopts a multi-disciplined approach, collaborating closely with clients and other specialists to develop holistic strategies. His experience spans a wide range of commercial matters including capital raisings, stock market listings, commercial and finance transactions, infrastructure projects, financial product development, industry compliance, risk mitigation, and technology procurement. Rhys has advised clients locally and internationally within sectors such as banking and financial services, medical and allied health, transport and aviation, technology and education, property and construction, and manufacturing. Rhys’s recent projects include advising ASX-listed companies and large corporates on procurement strategies, supporting Australian product manufacturers with local and international supply and distribution agreements, and advising on acquisitions and fundraisings. He has acted on compliance matters for ASX-listed banks and fund managers and provided guidance on shareholder agreements, governance frameworks, and corporate restructures for companies of varied sizes. In addition to corporate and commercial work, Rhys has assisted healthcare professionals in practice acquisitions and advised real estate businesses on corporate governance and restructuring. He has also managed Supreme Court and Court of Appeal litigation involving Australian and international entities, demonstrating versatility across both advisory and dispute resolution roles.
