Gemma Lingard

Gemma Lingard is a Solicitor admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business from James Cook University. Gemma has extensive experience in Property Law, with a particular focus on residential conveyancing. Having personally navigated the conveyancing process on multiple occasions, she understands the concerns clients may have during property transactions. Gemma’s background includes work in both Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory, where she gained valuable insights through her roles in property law and defence housing. Outside of her legal practice, Gemma is actively involved in her children’s school community and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
