About Dale
Dale is the Principal Lawyer and CEO of Ralph Lawyers, bringing a wealth of experience from a diverse background spanning the Military, Security, Personal Protection, Investigations, Telecommunications, IT, as well as Coaching and Training. Dale embarked on his legal career in 1999, enrolling in an undergraduate law program at the University of New England. He earned his Bachelor of Laws Degree, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, and in 2016, he advanced his legal education with a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Sydney. Aside from his legal credentials, Dale possesses an array of academic and vocational qualifications, including a Diploma of Security Risk Management (ACORMIS) and a Diploma of Policing Practice from Charles Sturt University, where he was recognised for his academic excellence as a member of the Golden Key Society. Dale's journey in law enforcement began in 2003 with the New South Wales Police Force, where he undertook General Duties in Parramatta. He transitioned to Police Prosecutions Command in late 2005, serving as a Police Prosecutor and handling Criminal and Civil matters across the Sydney and Western Sydney regions. His expertise expanded in 2008 when he joined the State Coroners Court as an Advocate Assisting the Coroner, where he investigated and aided in Inquests and Inquiries related to suspicious deaths, missing persons, and fires. He rose to the rank of Sergeant, overseeing one of Western Sydney’s busiest Local Courts. Throughout his career, Dale has been honoured with several awards, including the Education Proficiency Medal from the Army Apprentices School and a nomination for the 2004 Rotary Police Officer of the Year award in the Parramatta Local Area Command. He has received the Australian Defence Medal, the National Medal, and the NSW Police Diligent and Ethical Service Medal, acknowledging his community service in Military and Emergency Services. In 2015, Dale was admitted as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (ANZ). Furthermore, he is a Member of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. As a practising lawyer, Dale assists clients with a range of legal issues, encompassing Family Law, Criminal Law, Employment Law, and General Law matters. He is admitted to practise as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and is appointed to the Legal Aid Panel for Family Law and Criminal Law. Additionally, Dale maintains membership with the Law Society of New South Wales.
