Lara Menon

Lara Menon is a Senior Solicitor with extensive experience in Family and Criminal Law. Before joining Raton’s, she spent over a decade working in various legal roles, including as an Associate in the Coroners Court of New South Wales and at medium-sized law firms in South Western Sydney. Her time with the Department of Justice has provided her with valuable insight into the functioning of the NSW Court System. Prior to embarking on her legal career, Lara worked in the corporate sector and travelled widely across Australia and internationally, engaging with business and corporate clients. She later returned to focus on her legal career and to start a family. Lara is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She has completed specialist training in Collaborative Law and is a qualified Collaborative Family Lawyer. Her career has been dedicated exclusively to Family and Criminal Law, where she is committed to supporting families through challenging times. Lara prioritises the swift resolution of legal matters to help clients move forward with their lives, while consistently striving to secure favourable outcomes. Known for her determined advocacy both in and out of the courtroom, Lara approaches each case with persistence and care. Her empathetic and pragmatic style ensures that clients feel supported and reassured throughout every stage of their matter.
