Kirstie Barfoot

Kirstie Barfoot has been practising exclusively in family law since 2016 and holds accreditation as a Family Law practitioner. She is dedicated to guiding her clients through challenging times with clarity and professionalism, ensuring they understand their options and the best pathways to resolve their disputes. Kirstie’s experience spans a broad spectrum of family law issues, including divorce and separation, parenting arrangements, property settlements, binding financial agreements, and adoptions. She combines her legal expertise with a considerate approach, recognising the sensitivity of each client’s circumstances. Completing a double degree in Laws and Communications in 2016, Kirstie further enhanced her qualifications with a Masters of Applied Family Law in 2022. She has also undertaken specialised training in Collaborative Law and as an Independent Children’s Lawyer. Before joining Raftons, Kirstie gained valuable experience at medium-sized family law firms in Parramatta and the Northern Beaches, focusing on complex property and high net worth cases.
