Justin Ashcroft

Justin Ashcroft founded R.A. Solicitors in 2009, bringing extensive experience in criminal, family, and civil litigation. Over the years, he has represented clients in some of Queensland’s most high-profile matters, including the Boronia Heights and Redbank Plains murder cases. Mr Ashcroft notably secured a successful defence in the first case prosecuted under the riot provisions of the Queensland Criminal Code. He has also achieved not guilty verdicts in numerous complex drug trafficking and sexual offence trials. In addition to his litigation work, Justin has a strong interest in Care and Protection Law, where he advocates for families and children involved with the Department of Communities (Child Safety) Services.
